Business Coach for the Beauty Industry, Nina Tulio, to Speak at Art of Business 2020: The Event

Build a house on sand, and the foundation will buckle. Build a house on stable soil and a sturdy foundation, and it will stand for years to come.

Nina Tulio, Business Coach for the Beauty Industry, will teach salon owners and stylists how to approach each day from the ground up at Art of Business 2020: The Event on April 5 and 6 at the Hard Rock Casino in Atlantic City.

“I help work from a space of confidence and not fear,” she said.

Uncovering what drives a person to give 100%—whether that’s security and stability, children, or pain—is essential to living life in truth. At this event, some people will be reconnecting with, rediscovering, or finding their truth and passion for the first time, she said.

Attendees at both of her seminars, “Servant Leadership” for managers and “Discovering Your ‘Why?’” for stylists, will leave feeling good in their own skin, with actionable vision, tools, and strategies to implement right away.

Ultimately, Tulio said her goal is to encourage confidence and authenticity within audience members, which should spill into their relationships with their team and customers. This conviction is essential to stay in the beauty industry long-term, which she’s been a part of for 24 years.

“We’re in the people business. If we can connect with people on a deeper level, we’re in.”

The combined event, along with her talks, will give salons the chance to collaborate in real-time and implement action plans and systems for their teams. Hairstylists and salon owners will learn both sides of the business, plus build camaraderie and a sense of togetherness.

“It’s no longer separating the owner from the stylist. I’m about combining the team on a daily business basis.”

Years ago, Tulio was in the seats at the Art of Business event as a salon owner, with the goal of becoming a speaker.

“This has come full circle for me to be in that neck of the woods and now to be here living my dream.”

Get a rock-solid plan for business and personal passions and attend Nina Tulio’s seminars on Sunday, April 5, from 1:30 to 3 p.m. or Monday, April 6, from 1:30 to 3 p.m. at Art of Business 2020: The Event.
